TERMS OF AUCTION:
1. All lots will be sold to the highest bidder. Minimum bid for each lot
is ½ of the lower estimate, otherwise there are no reserves.
2. In case of tie bids, the earliest bid received will get the lot.
3. All items will be sold by lot only, many lots contain more than 1 item.
4. Invoices will be sent to successful bidders at which time payment is
due. A charge of $4.00 will be added to each invoice for postage
and insurance, $8.00 per foreign invoice. Master Card and Visa are accepted
with a 4% surcharge. For speedy delivery of auction lots
without service charge, consider using PAYPAL thought the internet. Items
will be returned to consignors on invoices not paid within 30
days of auction closing.
5. Bids will be accepted and executed using the following increment scale:
$28.00 and under $2.00 bid increments
$30.00 to $95.00- $5.00 bid increments
$100.00 to $190.00-$10.00 bid increments
$200.00 to $475.00-$25.00 bid increments
$500.00 to $950.00-$50.00 bid increments
$1000.00 and greater-$100.00 bid increments
Any bid received not within the appropriate increment will be reduced to
the nearest increment, i.e. bid of $33.00
will be reduced to $30, bid of $247 to $225, etc.
6. Phone and fax bids are accepted and encouraged. Current high bid information
will be given when a bidder calls. The bidder may then
increase the bid by the above appropriate increment.
7. The auction will remain open until 7 oclock PM EST on March 23,
2001, or until the phone or fax does not ring for 15 minutes. Should
the bidding continue through midnight the auction will close and then reopen
on March 24, 2001 at 10 oclock AM. It is necessary to
have previously placed a bid on a lot in order to participate in bidding

8. We are now on the Internet and will update daily the current high bids
on all lots. In order to view the current high bids visit
our home page: WWW.CEREBRO.COM . We will also accept E-mail bids at CEREBRO
@CEREBRO.COM, we will send
confirmation when bids are received.
9. We offer a call back service on a lot if requested and the current bid
is over the upper estimated range.
10. Mail bids in the amount over the lower estimated prices will be accepted
and executed on a competitive basis. For example, if the
current high bid is $50.00 and you bid $100.00, the current high bid will
then be yours at $55.00. We will then bid for you on a
competitive basis up to your limit of $100. Phone bids will also be executed
on a competitve bases. The only requirement is that the up
to bid consists of at least two bidding increments. For example, if the
current bid is at $100 your bid would be $110 and the minium up
to bid would be $130. In other world you cannot bid $110 with an up to bid
of $120.
11. In fairness to all we cannot accept unlimited bids.
12. All items are guaranteed old and original.
13. Items are graded on the following scale:
MT-Mint, clean pristine condition, perfect in all respects.
EX-Excellent, nearly Mint with only slightest signs, of age, possible small
defect.
VG-Very Good, light stains, small creases and/or tear.
G-Good, several creases, small tears, or trimmed margins.
Poor-major problems, basically a filler.
